a little green paradise situated in Italy –
whose centuries old isolation renders is a
fertile land for many people yet to discover.
The traditional products are an
expression of our culture, our environment and
our history, whose roots are sunk in the ancient
and noble river Sannio.
The Molise
regioni is:
mountains - hills- sea
It’s the land of expanses and Sannites of its
hundreds of castles and medieval villages - of
oil and wine – salami bread and pasta – cheeses
- mushrooms and truffles and its thousands of
desserts.
The Molisan people have managed
to maintain their traditional produce with the
help of new technology and contributions made by
the Scientific and Technological Park of the
University of Molise.
Nevertheless,
nothing can substitute the healthy air, which
remains the main asset to be defended resolutely,
in order to maintain the future production of
our specialities. |
