The company was founded by Giuseppe in 1951 in Mirabello
Sannitico, Campobasso. The choice of raw materials, together with the skills
of our bakers and pastry makers and the love for genuine things, allow us to
make the products typical of our area without the use of additives. Other
than bread, using a mixture of different types of flour, we produce a vast
assortment of dried biscuits, taralli, limoncini and dried cakes and
desserts. All of which are specialities that our grandmothers made hundreds
of years ago.
